Did it track?
Cashback is usually money. It is not always money. Sometimes you do everything right, the order goes through, and the portal never registers it.
This topic is what to do about that. A shopping portal (a site that pays you for starting your purchase there) records your click with a cookie in your browser, and anything that disturbs that cookie between the click and the checkout can cost you the credit. Ad blockers are the most common culprit. So are coupon codes from outside the portal, a detour through another deals site mid-purchase, a cart that was already full, and gift cards at checkout.
You will find the prevention habits here, the short list that makes a purchase far more likely to stick, along with the recovery path for when one does not: how long to wait before treating it as missing, what the portal will ask you for, where the filing deadline usually sits, and how to keep the order number and your screenshots somewhere you can still find them months later.
One distinction saves a lot of worry: pending is not missing. Portals wait out the store return window before confirming anything, so weeks of pending is ordinary. What you are actually looking for is a purchase that never appeared at all.
