How to read this
- OK — data is arriving on its normal schedule.
- Stale — no successful check in ~2.5× the normal cadence; rates stay listed with a stale badge.
- Degraded — we're getting partial data (often a portal-side layout change; a fix is usually underway).
- Paused — we've intentionally stopped checking (noted here when it happens).
- Card-issuer portals are login-gated, so a human verifies them weekly — slower, but every number was seen by a person.
